There is no ticket portal, contact form, account system or newsletter behind this site — just one mailbox that the editor reads. Plain text is fine; screenshots help when you are pointing at something on a page.
What to send
- Corrections. A new edition, a changed price model, a Windows version added or dropped, an event ID we got wrong. Please include the page address and your source.
- Vendor fact checks. If you work for a vendor we cover and a statement is inaccurate, point us to the documentation. We fix facts; we do not sell placement or wording.
- How-to requests. A recurring chore on your own servers or domain that none of our pages covers yet.
- Privacy questions about anything in our privacy policy.
What we cannot do
TopNet247 is not a vendor or reseller, so we cannot issue licences, process refunds or provide product support — each vendor’s own support channel handles that. We also cannot help with systems you do not administer.
